Weight management after cancer.
Populations
Survivors of breast cancer and their adult daughters.
Goals
Encourage greater fruit and vegetable consumption, lower saturated fat consumption, and increased physical activity, all within the context of weight management.
Methods
Serialized individually tailored newsletters to breast cancer survivors and their daughters. Newsletters encourage social support (mother and daughter) and report progress for both the survivor and her daughter.
