Issue
Provider communication with patients at the end of life.
Population
Oncologists.
Goal
Teach basic communication skills that will help oncologists address patient emotions as a way to improve care at the end of life.
Methods
Interactive training CD individually tailored using audio-recorded patient encounters.
Clients
Duke University Medical Center and the Durham VA Medical Center. Funding provided by the National Cancer Institute.
