Colorectal cancer.
Population
African-American men and women age 50 and older, identified through churches.
Goals
Promote risk-appropriate colorectal cancer screening, increased fruit and vegetable consumption, and increased exercise.
Methods
A series of six individually tailored newsletters with a religious and church community theme.
